Enoch Instruments was formally established in 1990. Kevin's goal is to create an instrument designed for clawhammer playing, embracing the aesthetics of the great banjo makers of the early 20th century. Kevin's love for the music, as well as his craft, is apparent in the degree of care and precision he puts into every detail of these musical masterpieces.
So well regarded are Kevin's banjos, that he had a multi-year waiting list a decade ago, and still cannot meet demand.

To help meet demand for his banjos, Kevin has designed and made available a simple clawhammer instrument, priced as an entry-level banjo, but with professional quality playability and sound: the Tradesman.

With a resurgence of interest in the Dobson tone ring, Kevin is now making a Dobson model that has a Dobson look and feel as well as that Dobson Tone ring.
