New in 2008. Gold Tone is now importing a six-string banjo, having a huge, 14-inch pot. This is not a "guitar-banjo," instead being tuned and played as a 5-string banjo, but with an extra bass string. In the video below, it is tuned gGDGBD.

It does come with a hardshell case (fortunately, considering that 14-inch pot!).

	The OT-6 is a maple instrument with a warm burst finish on the neck.			The ebony fingerboard is scooped above the 17th fret, and has a handsome engraved inlay pattern.
	The peghead has a traditional shape, with an extra tuner in the middle!			The tuners are Gold Tone's new, high end planetaries. Note the extra one in the middle!
	The 14-inch pot has a rolled brass tone ring for a deep, full sound.			It comes set up with straight-pull tailpiece and a Renaissance brand head for great sound.
