Pruchas are made in the Czech Republic, and Prucha is the supplier of many parts (mostly metal) to some of the big name US banjo builders. In short, Prucha is a high-end bluegrass banjo and banjo parts builder!

While this is a "used" banjo, the only sign of use is a small finger-wear spot on the head--otherwise this is like new! No fret wear, no scratches, no dings, no nuttin'!

	The neck on this instrument is of figured cherry.			This is the most highly figured cherry neck I have ever seen.
	The finish work on this banjo is exquisite.			The resonator is also made of highly figured cherry, and is in mint condition.
	The uniquely shaped headstock has an ebony overlay with striking inlay.			The ebony fingerboard also has Prucha's "Falling Leaves" inlay.
	The tuners are Ptacek brand 2-band tuners.			The hardware is chrome plated, and all Prucha-made, of course!
	Even the flange has uniquely shaped holes.
