2006 Turtle Hill Woody Legend The Turtle Hill Banjo Company has these banjos made to order, using a Tony Pass "Lost Timbre" brand submerged wood block pot.

Aside from having great bluegrass tone, these banjos are back savers, owing to their lack of a cast tone ring; instead, the upper tier of blocks is shaped to form an intrinsic tone rim.

This banjo is in really good condition, with no significant scratches, gouges, or fret wear.

With hardshell case, it's consigned here at $1950.




2006 Turtle Hill Woody peghead The peghead has a unique shape and inlay pattern.          2006 Turtle Hill Woody tuners The tuners are the new, super-smooth, Gotoh brand planetary tuners.
2006 Turtle Hill Woody neck The maple neck is highly flamed.
