The top is in good condition, but it does have the normal array of dings and light scratches that accumulate on instruments that are played often. The striped ebony bridge is particularly handsome, and has a newly installed bone saddle.

There is a professionally repaired top crack that is hard to see. We used the reflection of a light to make it more visible in the photo.

The peghead is pure Martin, of course.

The tuners are Martin's enclosed standards.

The mahogany neck is in good shape with a couple of small, insignificant dings; the orginally flat finish has been buffed to a shine by the owner's hand as the guitar has been played.

The striped ebony fingerboard is in fine shape, and, considering that the instrument has been played, it has (surprisingly) almost no fret wear.

The rosewood is quite handsome; a strap button has been installed in the heel.

 |
The rosewood back has some small dings and marks, but nothing serious or especially noticeable.
