Although we do have a "Shopping Cart" page available, we do not have the manpower to maintain on-line an accurate inventory of all the many things we sell. In fact, it's about all I can do to keep the instrument inventory up-to-date. Therefore, I have never turned on the secure pages, but suggest instead that you order in one of the following ways:

International Customers: We now have the free Skype software installed to provide absolutely free Internet telephony,. To use this, you will need to download and install Skype (available for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux), and have a microphone and either earphones or speakers. It really works well (Thanks for the tip, Peter W. in Spain!)!
You can even use this service to leave a voice message for us, if the hour is inconvenient. (Je parle en peut de français--comme une vache espagnole, mais un petit peut quand même. Alors, parlez doucement, S.V.P.)

However you get your information to us, we will need the following data:
The card number,
the expiration date,
the name on the card,
your Shipping address, (being sure to include a Zip or Postal Code),
your billing address, if different from the shipping address,
a daytime phone number in case there is any problem with the card, and,
for Visa, and Mastercard, the Security Code (the last group of digits found on the signature strip on the back of the card).
On American Express cards, the 4-digit Security Code is printed on the front of the card, above the account number.
Fax: Orders can be faxed to 919-365-5179. Please include your credit card information as above, and just what it is you wish to order. We shall email order confirmation to you.
Mail: Yep, the USPS still works, although please be sure to use our P.O. Box number, as they will not deliver if only the street address is used!
