Special Orders from ZEPP Country Music, Inc.
Many instruments pass through our doors. We try to keep as much in stock as we can, but sometimes, we are just out of stock, or a item simply does not sell well enough to be kept in stock.

If there is something you want that is not listed or has been marked as being out of stock, please consider special ordering.

Our Special Order policies are simple:
  1. If it's a normally stocked item, and we're out, simply let us know you want the item, and we will earmark the next available whatever-it-is for you.
  2. If it's a standard item that we do not usually carry but can be ordered, we ask for a 25%, non-refundable deposit.
  3. If an item is custom ordered, e.g., a non-standard instrument that is still generally marketable should you back out for some reason, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
  4. If an item is customized in some way that makes it hard or impossible to sell to anyone but you (e.g. your name inlaid on the fingerboard, or inlays of your family members' likenesses--it's been done) we require non-refundable full payment before the work can begin.
  5. For custom built instruments and the like, please remember that delivery will be determined by the builder/manufacturer, and not by ZEPP Country Music, Inc. We will do everything in our power to get your goods to you in the least possible time, but it is not always within our control.
